Digital Marketing Plan for HITCHGO

To enhance the visibility of this innovative platform, I developed a comprehensive digital marketing plan that incorporates strategies for social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. The goal was to position HITCHGO as a leader in shared transportation by targeting various customer segments (youth, families, seniors) and building a strong brand identity.

I created a detailed content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to strengthen brand awareness, engage the community, and attract new users. The strategy also involved designing an optimized website, launching Google Ads campaigns, and implementing interactive actions such as contests and testimonials to boost customer loyalty.

This project allowed me to demonstrate how a strategic social media management, combined with feedback analysis, effectively increases traffic, enhances online reputation, and supports sustainable growth in a rapidly expanding sector.
